Training & Development Specialist

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $76,000–$128,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that improve adoption and effective use of the WDP System and data platform.
• Conduct training needs analyses with customer success teams, mission partners, and subject matter experts.
• Create e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, documentation, and assessments.
• Deliver in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses for users with different roles and skill levels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to keep training content accurate and aligned with system documentation and new features.
• Track training completion and certifications through the learning management system and improve content using feedback, assessments, performance data, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• SECRET Security Clearance is required.
• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman level: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior level: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
