Category Management & Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager - IT - Hybrid (IT Infrastructure and Security)

Location: Hybrid in Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $126,500–$210,800 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for IT infrastructure, security hardware and software, maintenance, and telecommunications carrier services.
• Develop annual category plans using supplier market trends, spend analysis, and strategic business objectives.
• Identify and execute supplier-enabled initiatives focused on cost savings, risk reduction, and quality improvement.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of U.S. and international procurement professionals.
• Execute master service agreements, statements of work, change orders, amendments, and renewals.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, legal, information protection, privacy, third-party management, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience within a large, global organization.
• Strong project management, negotiation, communication, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to apply fact-based negotiation principles and tactics.
• Fundamental understanding of corporate and administrative supply chains.
• Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional business environments.
