Chapter Lead EQS Solutions, HR/EQS Integrations & Security

Location: Hybrid role based in Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal

What you will do

• Lead the global EQS application portfolio and govern its IT services throughout the application lifecycle.
• Partner with Environmental, Quality, and Security stakeholders on application strategy, roadmaps, demand management, and continuous improvement.
• Own integration strategy and delivery across Workday, EQS solutions, ServiceNow, reporting platforms, identity management systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Define integration architecture, interface standards, data quality, and API management practices while driving modernization.
• Identify and deliver Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and digital assistant opportunities across HR and EQS domains.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, security assessments, remediation, vulnerability management, and secure solution design.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in IT application management, solution ownership, or digital product leadership in global enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with integration technologies, APIs, middleware, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and data architecture.
• Experience leading teams, virtual organizations, or chapters in an agile environment, with senior stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, IT service management, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, automation platforms, digital transformation, and innovation practices, combined with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
