Global Sales Analyst

What you will do

• Track sales staff performance against targets and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze business trends and translate sales data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build models to assess the impact of pricing changes, channel shifts, and new partnerships.
• Support budget management, variance tracking, and forecast updates.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage sales incentive tracking and calculations while improving dashboards and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics, finance, forecasting, data analysis, or a similar area.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze trends, draw logical conclusions, and synthesize complex data into clear executive insights.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of reporting accuracy, curiosity, and collaborative communication skills.
• Ability to work at the corporate location in Orlando, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic SQL or data-querying skills.
