Senior Financial Business Analyst

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $87,375–$128,150 annual base salary, with potential bonus and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis and customer reconciliation activities for Customer Controlled Parts, including balance validation, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple reconciliation and reporting cycles, maintaining project plans, timelines, issue logs, and documentation.
• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify variances, trends, systemic issues, and root causes.
• Build and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and models covering reconciliation balances, risks, and performance trends.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT to resolve open items and manage dependencies.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, standardize reporting, and support leadership with financial and operational impact assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, accounting operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience working with external clients and large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, and presentation preparation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Python data libraries for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, independent judgment, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Experience driving process improvements or leading analytical initiatives.
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX.
