What you will do

• Assess, design, implement, and govern KPIs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Identify revenue risks, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and scalable best practices.
• Audit MBO scorecards and sales pipelines for accuracy, policy compliance, opportunity quality, forecast reliability, and data hygiene.
• Standardize, streamline, and automate reporting while delivering actionable revenue insights to sales leaders and executives.
• Analyze individual, team, and divisional revenue trends and provide ad hoc business analysis.
• Consolidate internal and third-party datasets, improve data integrity, and resolve discrepancies affecting reporting and payouts.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or performance auditing.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and identify inconsistencies, data risks, and process gaps in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in manufacturing with complex sales channels.
