What you will do

• Develop and maintain division-wide executive dashboards, KPI definitions, and consolidated reporting.
• Deliver workforce ramp, deployment, retention, headcount, and engagement analytics.
• Analyze program performance across delivery organizations and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance variances.
• Prepare ad hoc and strategic decision support, including business cases and ROI analysis.
• Establish data governance standards, improve data quality, and coordinate reporting practices with embedded business analysts.
• Define the analytics roadmap, activate Power BI reporting tools, and support the expansion of the Analytics Lane.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with managed services, manufacturing, or technical services portfolios.
• Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau, or related certifications.
