What you will do
- Support weekly and monthly sales growth bridges, partner rebate programs, and sales incentive plans.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and develop new reporting tools for commercial programs.
- Manage underlying program data, analyze sales activities and outcomes, and provide solutions using large data sets.
- Forecast the financial impact of programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Audit data to ensure accurate reporting and payments, and administer program payment and communication activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and commercial leadership on program execution and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Finance, IT, or Data Management.
- Advanced database and reporting skills, including SQL, MS Access, and/or Power BI.
- Experience joining and manipulating multiple data sources, including MS Dynamics and ERP data structures.
- Significant experience in data analytics, large data sets, financial reporting, and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and communicate quantitative information to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Master Data Management.
- SAP experience.
- Experience building or migrating ERP systems and their data structures.
