Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry - Full Time, Day/Night

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time, 36 hours per week, day/night shifts, every other weekend.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to adolescent and adult patients in a 22-bed adult medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Care for patients with stroke, sepsis, diabetes, wounds, renal failure, peritoneal dialysis needs, COPD, and respiratory conditions.
• Assess patient needs, implement priority-based care, and establish appropriate care goals.
• Integrate patient values, evidence-based practice, and best practices into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire required.
• Complete competency-based orientation for the 4 West patient population.
• Achieve Basic Life Support competency within 30 days.
• Achieve intravenous therapy and central line management competencies within 90 days.
• Achieve peritoneal dialysis, basic rhythm interpretation/telemetry monitoring, and telestroke procedure competencies within 180 days.
