Registered Nurse, RN- R3- Intermediate Care- New Competitive Pay!

Location: Lowell General Hospital, R3 Main Campus, Lowell, Massachusetts; evening and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with weekend and holiday commitment

Salary: $37.18–$47.41 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and their families according to established policies and procedures.
• Conduct and document accurate clinical assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families and prepare comprehensive discharge plans using appropriate resources and referrals.
• Manage patient assignments through effective delegation based on patient needs and team member skills.
• Support new staff development, precept colleagues, and participate in professional development and departmental committees.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Between 12 months and less than 3 years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Relevant department-specific certifications may be required based on the patient care provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
