Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing- FT Days (7am to 7pm) (Skilled Nursing)

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical areas such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide health-related consultation and notify physicians or family members of changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate closely with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the safety and disaster plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Fluency in English required for communication, reading, writing, and job duties.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
