Material Support - 2nd Shift

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

hirify.global Corporation's JLG business develops and supports access equipment, including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles, and accessories.

What you will do

• Identify, label, stock, transport, and record materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts safely inside and outside the facility.
• Verify packing slips, process receipts and shipments, and prepare bills of lading and delivery documentation.
• Package materials and sort items by destination and purchase order details.
• Pull and verify materials for production orders and respond to internal material requests.
• Perform cycle counts and track material movements in the inventory management system.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to complete forklift training and obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to learn and understand lean manufacturing concepts.
• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Regular and reliable attendance in person and onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States is required.
• Ability to work in a production environment with noise, dust, moving machinery, temperature fluctuations, extended standing, repetitive motions, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Forklift license.
• Six months of manufacturing industry experience.
