Materials Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Warehousing)

What you will do

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and coordinate material deliveries and shipments between facilities.
• Develop and implement standard processes and strategies that improve production efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, train, mentor, and develop materials staff against improvement priorities and key performance indicators.
• Manage daily warehousing operations, including staging, cycle counting, storage, inventory control, and materials presentation.
• Partner with Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Production to resolve customer quality and delivery issues.
• Act as an SAP SuperUser and improve warehouse management practices, including transactions, bar coding, RFID, and fill rate performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Ability to manage staffing levels and balance resource capacity with daily workload.
• Strong relationship-building, accountability, communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
