Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

Location: Lancaster, Texas, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Supervise Department Leads and Warehouse Associates across assigned-shift warehouse operations.
• Coordinate daily department activities and ensure teams have the direction needed to complete tasks.
• Support warehouse staffing, including hiring and termination processing.
• Monitor budgeted expenses and report shift activity to the Warehouse Manager.
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts with Department Leads and Warehouse Associates.
• Oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager and enforce safety rules and company policies.

Requirements

• Three years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment and two years of experience in a lead role.
• High school diploma required; a two-year degree in a manufacturing-related field is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, organization, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, push, pull, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously for extended periods.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
