Material Support/Combi Lift Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, United States; in-person and on-site attendance required. 1st and 3rd shifts are available.

JLG, an Oshkosh company, develops access equipment and related solutions for the construction industry, including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles, and accessories.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, stocking, recording, and tracking materials.
• Safely operate forklifts and combi-lifts to transport materials inside and outside the facility.
• Verify items and quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and production orders.
• Prepare shipments, packaging, bills of lading, delivery documentation, and receipts.
• Respond to internal material requests and coordinate with production and inventory control teams.
• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts and work overtime as required.

Requirements

• Previous combi-lift experience is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and accurate use of inventory management systems.
• Ability to complete forklift training and obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Ability to learn and apply lean manufacturing concepts.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including extended standing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 35 pounds, and pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Existing forklift license.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
