Fleet Specialist

Location: On-site at the Los Angeles hub

Salary: $20 per hour

A rapidly growing Los Angeles-based technology and logistics startup building operational infrastructure for non-autonomous and future autonomous rideshare fleets.

What you will do

• Distribute and collect vehicle keys and required equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Clean and stage vehicles to ensure fleet readiness.
• Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections, report damage or mechanical issues, and retrieve and log lost items.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with fleet applications and in-vehicle technology, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of key assignments, vehicle condition, and shift activity.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to fleet management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, bend, and move around a vehicle yard.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fleet-related work.
