Network Fleet Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ Metro Area.

What you will do

• Lead daily control tower execution for the Star Fleet program and maintain network capacity visibility.
• Monitor active shipments, delivery appointments, team availability, reload opportunities, and commitment status.
• Review district truckload requests and make capacity decisions, including approval, pending reload planning, ad hoc procurement, or escalation.
• Run the morning capacity census, midday district matching, afternoon lockdown, and rolling three-day capacity outlook.
• Manage service exceptions such as delays, missed check calls, and border issues while coordinating recovery with districts, hubs, offices, and carrier partners.
• Oversee scheduling, coverage, cross-training, recruitment support, onboarding, and development of planning staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, truckload operations, operations, or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of full truckload, team-driver, or linehaul operations.
• Experience leading in a time-sensitive control tower environment and supervising operations team members.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, Arizona Metro Area.
• Fluent English and basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of GNS, high-value truckload, dedicated fleet, or cross-border operations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with hub-and-relay staging, weekend dwell management, and backhaul optimization.
