What you will do

• Develop strategies for effective fleet management, utilization, safety, and sustainability.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel management, inspections, scheduling, repairs, and service-provider coordination.
• Manage fleet budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize operating expenses.
• Use fleet management software and data analytics to track vehicle usage, performance, maintenance costs, and compliance.
• Manage vehicle procurement and develop replacement or disposal strategies for aging assets.
• Implement driver training, safety meetings, and initiatives to reduce accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Experience with fleet management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with automotive technologies and industry trends.
