Intern Fleet Specialist

Location: Hybrid, based at the Rochester, Minnesota office; up to 50% work from home. The intern will work full-time through Summer 2027 and must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Base pay: $19–$20 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Review and place fleet vehicle orders.
• Order fleet management materials.
• Assist with vehicle title and license registrations and tab renewals.
• Notify drivers about vehicle recalls and personal toll invoices.
• Support miscellaneous Fleet Leasing projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Be working toward a Business, Marketing, or Agriculture degree with 1–2 years completed.
• Have strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate client service, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Provide personal housing and transportation; business-related transportation and expenses are covered by the organization.
