Senior Manager, Real Estate - Capital Management (AI)

Location: Always AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead capital planning and execution for a designated Walmart U.S. business segment, including budget loading, adjustments, and tracking.
• Collaborate with business, finance, project, operations, and technology teams to align investments with strategic priorities.
• Use AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, identify spending trends, and support scenario planning.
• Monitor capital performance and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Support post-Capital Planning Committee processes, compliance, and financial discipline.
• Streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and help evolve the capital management function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related area.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, budget management, and trend analysis skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with finance, operations, business leaders, and project teams.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to use AI and advanced analytics.

• Profit and loss reporting experience.
• Project budget management and project management experience.

• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional certification.
