Senior Marketing Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and institutional investor due diligence requests.
• Work with investment, client service, legal, compliance, operations, and business development teams to gather information and deliver accurate responses.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, approved content repositories, and standard response materials.
• Prepare presentations, data packages, fact sheets, newsletters, and other client-facing marketing collateral.
• Support client service workflows, triage inquiries, maintain industry databases and consultant platforms, and improve internal marketing processes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve content management, response generation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in RFPs, marketing, communications, business development, investor relations, or a related function.
• Financial services experience and direct experience with RFP, RFI, DDQ, or institutional due diligence work are strongly preferred.
• Strong technical and business writing, project management, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM, marketing, consultant database, or RFP management systems is preferred.
