Sr Sales Analyst, Walmart (Retail)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Rogers, Arkansas office three days per week; occasional travel is required.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 annual base salary

Food and beverage company managing a portfolio of established consumer brands, including Campbell’s, Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Rao’s Homemade, and V8.

What you will do

• Support the Walmart Customer Team during business planning and scorecard assessment processes.
• Track customer plan results against business plans and communicate performance issues and opportunities.
• Monitor distribution-center and store-level inventory, weekly consumption, pricing, distribution, and business trends.
• Prepare promotional deal sheets and enter data into the sales planning and customer investment system.
• Partner with the Customer Team and eCommerce Lead to strengthen digital presence and customer performance.
• Support financial monitoring, deduction clearance, customer planning, and post-event analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of related work experience; CPG retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with customer data systems such as Retail Link and syndicated data sources such as IRI or Nielsen.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
