Business Analyst - Artificial Intelligence Product Residential (AI)

Annual base salary: $52,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Analyze current-state and future-state workflows, map end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business rules, decision flows, standard operating procedures, and requirements traceability documentation.
• Execute AI use cases covering service and product automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI agents and prompts and integrate solutions with existing systems and operational processes.
• Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, reliability, compliance, ethical AI, and industry-regulation requirements.
• Create test plans and participate in quality assurance, volume, and bias testing of AI agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience, typically in an analyst-level role.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of backlog management, prioritization techniques, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, preferably in due diligence, is preferred.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
