Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Home Office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of advanced data strategies aligned with business objectives and service level agreements.
• Identify data sources and ensure data fitness, integrity, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Apply advanced analytics and automation techniques to convert business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Design dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI, including geospatial maps used by the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data strategy, governance, quality, compliance, and regulatory policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, adopt emerging data technologies, and mentor analytics team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, data visualization, data modeling, and exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar tools, and strong knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, governance, and data strategy principles.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, a master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, or additional business intelligence and scripting tools.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, ecommerce, or a related industry.
• Master’s degree in a relevant business, technical, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science field.
