Senior Scientist - Precision Medicine (AI)

What you will do

• Lead quantitative biomarker and translational-medicine initiatives across the internal-medicine portfolio.
• Design exploratory analyses of genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, clinical, and other biomarker data.
• Develop scalable pipelines, workflows, automation, and AI-driven tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Coordinate analyses with biostatisticians, bioinformaticians, epidemiologists, mathematicians, clinical scientists, and external collaborators.
• Ensure the robustness and reproducibility of statistical and bioinformatic analyses.
• Communicate findings through visualizations, manuscripts, reports, and presentations while mentoring junior scientists.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of post-doctoral or industry experience.
• Experience leading biomarker and translational-science initiatives in cardiovascular, metabolic, or internal-medicine indications.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, multi-omics integration, R, Python, and bioinformatics frameworks.
• Experience implementing scalable workflows on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts and translate findings into clinical-development decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
