What you will do
- Analyze industry trends using SEMICON, ECTC, IEEE publications, Yole, TechInsights, and public earnings calls.
- Map current market positions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and categorize customer requirements from external research, product managers, and account teams.
- Analyze pain points in advanced packaging processes, including thermal dissipation, via-last integration, and 3D heterogeneous integration.
- Map customer and market requirements against existing product capabilities.
- Prepare a customer requirement database, gap analysis matrix, roadmap prioritization model, and management review presentation.
Requirements
- Interest in semiconductor technology, materials science, advanced packaging, and product management.
- Ability to research industry publications, market intelligence, and public company information.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements, product capabilities, and market opportunities.
- Ability to prepare structured analyses and management presentations.
