Product / Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, users, business analysts, and Global Engineering Organization teams.
• Collect and clarify business requests and convert them into backlog items with scope, acceptance criteria, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs, coordinate sprint and release planning, and track milestones, risks, blockers, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication across engineering, QA, DevOps, DBA, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, user validation, feedback collection, and release readiness.
• Document product decisions, requirements, process flows, release notes, rollout plans, and post-release feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, delivery management, business systems delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience with internal software platforms, enterprise applications, ERP, warehouse, operations, or B2B transaction systems.
• Ability to translate business problems into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Experience managing software backlogs and coordinating delivery with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, release, and post-release support.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery and backlog-management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, or electronic components platforms.
• Experience with .NET and SQL Server-based enterprise systems or similar business-critical platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile applications, warehouse workflows, computer vision, NLP, AI/ML use cases, or data-driven internal tools.
• Experience coordinating delivery across globally distributed teams and working with architects, technical product owners, QA leads, DevOps engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
