Senior Product Specialist

What you will do

• Lead commercial and competitive positioning for assigned investment strategies.
• Develop product insights, investment-process narratives, performance content, and positioning points for RFPs, DDQs, and marketing materials.
• Support business development by managing customized content, investment vehicles, and pricing for key opportunities.
• Provide technical product support for RFPs and answer investment strategy, performance, and client-servicing inquiries.
• Conduct competitor analysis covering peer products, market trends, and asset flows.
• Partner with investment, distribution, product strategy, marketing, and RFP teams on product updates, launches, onboarding, rationalization, and product extensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in investment management or financial services, including product management or investment specialist experience.
• Knowledge of distribution channels, investment vehicles, and pricing structures across Asia and global markets.
• Experience delivering results in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills; creative writing experience is advantageous.
