What you will do
- Define the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Marketplace portfolio.
- Own customer-facing experiences including the home screen, restaurant discovery, and Quick Commerce.
- Run experiments and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide product decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition funnels, user onboarding, and overall user experience.
- Align with business stakeholders, product teams, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Lead product execution and support agile squad members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 or more years of experience building consumer products in growing markets.
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, analyzing data, and understanding high-level technical architectures.
- Track record of collaborating with designers and improving user experiences.
- Experience with experimentation, qualitative and quantitative data, agile teams, and converting epics into user stories.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
