Senior Consultant, Business Analysis (AI & Automation)

What you will do

• Independently deliver Business Analysis activities and assigned deliverables for defined projects or workstreams.
• Analyse business problems, opportunities, feasibility, processes and impacts.
• Assess and document AI, automation and technology-enabled use cases.
• Plan and facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, product, operations, technology and risk.
• Define requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, controls, risks and dependencies.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation readiness, adoption planning and value measurement.

Requirements

• Ability to convert ambiguous needs into clear, structured and testable requirements.
• Working knowledge of feasibility analysis, testing and operational readiness.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with limited supervision.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Specialist AI-development experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation, data or digital products.
• Business Analysis, Agile or project-delivery qualification.
• Experience with requirements-management, process-modelling or delivery-management tools.
