Business System Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the Longford site, Ballinalee Road, Longford, Ireland

Salary: €30,996–€49,594 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement technical or process solutions.
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation before deployment.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and continuous improvement.
• Create documentation and process workflows, and deliver training to end-users across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar enterprise IT role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system testing methodologies, and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
