Location: Remote/Home-Based in the United States; listed locations are San Francisco, CA and Philadelphia, PA. The role requires 20β30% travel.
Base salary: $232,000β$348,000 per year for US-based candidates, plus potential annual incentive compensation, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead and scale global Customer Analytics & Insights and Global Performance Reporting capabilities.
- Oversee teams delivering integrated, decision-ready insights across HCPs, HCOs, patients, caregivers, medical/KOLs, payers, markets, franchises, and regions.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative research, market data, real-world data, and engagement data into strategic recommendations and compelling narratives.
- Set the capability vision, strategy, priorities, budget, resource allocation, and governance model.
- Lead, develop, and retain high-performing team leads and analytics talent.
- Partner with activation, franchise, functional, regional, technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to resolve dependencies and embed insights into decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in customer analytics, market research, or insights roles.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data for HCPs, patients, payers, and KOLs.
- 6β8 years of experience leading people, developing high-performing teams, and driving accountability across functions.
- Strong knowledge of market research, segmentation, patient journey analysis, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Experience with Agile product development teams, product operating models, and AI, automation, or agentic workflows for analytics and performance reporting.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
- Experience with capability operating models and enterprise platform or global capability teams.
- Experience in rare disease or specialty brands.
- Experience leading distributed, matrixed, and onshore/offshore teams.
