Location: Belfast, UK; hybrid. Region: UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.

What you will do
- Partner with operational teams to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows.
- Create process maps, procedures, control frameworks, and other documentation for consistent adoption across teams and jurisdictions.
- Configure and enhance workflow and low-code technology solutions in collaboration with technology teams and external vendors.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into practical and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations, and project updates.
- Support testing, implementation, data migration, user training, adoption, change requests, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, project delivery, or a related field; relevant internship, placement, or project experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and requirements translation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Genuine interest in process optimisation, technology, and business transformation.
- Experience in financial services, funds, asset management, or fund administration is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Exposure to workflow automation, low-code platforms, JIRA, MS Project, automation, analytics, cloud-based solutions, or data management practices.
