Estimated starting salary: $113,428.57–$155,964.28 per year, plus performance-based annual incentive pay.

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for complex aerospace and defense applications.
- Develop circuit card assemblies and provide technical direction for electrical wiring design practices.
- Plan, conduct, and oversee testing, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic systems and components.
- Create and review high-level technical designs, test plans, and test results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead design reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while contributing to engineering strategy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a higher relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in electrical and electronic design and validation techniques, engineering principles, and computer-aided engineering tools.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
- Experience interpreting federal electrical and electronic system regulations, including Electrical Wiring Interconnection System requirements.
- Understanding of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and System Safety Assessment concepts.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
Nice to have
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with electrical CAD software, Electrical Load Analysis, circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of model-based definition, electrical component selection, manufacturing, and production processes.
- Familiarity with EMC, EMI, HIRF, and Indirect Effects of Lightning requirements.
- Experience with digital or analog circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and related tools.
