Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Teacher - Heart & Vascular Unit - Full Time

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite schedule: 7:30–4:00 or 7:30–5:00, 32 or 36 hours per week.

What you will do

• Identify the educational needs of staff on the assigned unit.
• Design, implement, and evaluate teaching and learning strategies to close knowledge and skills gaps.
• Serve as a clinical expert and consultant supporting patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Communicate with employees, patients, families, and healthcare disciplines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Act as a transformational leader who facilitates change and promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse licensure required.
• At least two years of progressive clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Ability to achieve unit competencies, assessment and evaluation strategies, class development, teaching technology, constructive feedback, and timely recordkeeping competencies within 90 days.
• Specialty certification preferred.
