Registered Nurse, RN - Cath Lab

What you will do

• Provide direct professional nursing care to patients and families in a complex cardiac care setting.
• Conduct, document, and evaluate clinical assessments and individualized plans of care.
• Manage patient assignments, delegate care appropriately, and coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families, support informed decisions, and prepare comprehensive discharge plans.
• Cross-train and provide clinical support across the Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Stress Lab.
• Precept new staff, support professional development, and participate in quality improvement and departmental committees.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required; placement is based on experience, education, and qualifications.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or maneuver 30–35 pounds.

Nice to have

• BSN degree.
• Previous critical care experience.
