Associate Specialist, Business Analysis (AI)

What you will do

• Lead Business Analysis across complex projects and interconnected workstreams.
• Define analysis approaches and conduct feasibility, process, impact, control, and readiness assessments.
• Evaluate opportunities involving artificial intelligence, automation, data products, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and validate requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process and data controls, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicting requirements, and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Coordinate analysis for testing, pilot design, implementation readiness, adoption, value measurement, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Advanced Business Analysis and requirements-management capability.
• Experience leading analysis for complex, high-impact, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong feasibility, process, control, operating-model, testing, and operational-readiness analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating requirements across multiple projects, workstreams, or stakeholder groups.
• Strong senior-stakeholder influence, facilitation, negotiation, and recommendation-presenting skills.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation, data products, or emerging technologies.
• Advanced Business Analysis, Agile, product, or project-delivery qualification.
• Experience with requirements-management, process-modelling, or delivery-management tools.
