Business Analyst – Data, Insights & Workforce Management (Global Trade Services)

Location: Hybrid roles based in Krakow, Poland; Madrid, Spain; Porto, Portugal; Stansted, United Kingdom; or Dublin, Ireland. Travel within Europe may be required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Data & AI teams to identify productivity and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for data, reporting, workforce management, and transformation initiatives.
• Support Power BI dashboards and operational performance reporting, including trend, risk, and opportunity analysis.
• Define requirements for forecasting and scheduling, time and attendance, performance analytics, employee self-service, and compliance solutions.
• Support AI governance, compliance controls, documentation, audits, workshops, user testing, and change management.
• Translate business challenges into scalable data and technology solutions for clearance operations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required, up to 25%.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, business intelligence, data governance, or data quality.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine learning, or AI governance frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments, Agile delivery, logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade.
• Business analysis certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certification.
