Regional Operations Manager (Fleet Operations)

Location: Miami, United States; on-site. Regular travel between markets and meaningful time with frontline operating teams are required.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity options and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with the Regional GM and Market Managers to drive operating and financial performance across multiple markets.
• Own KPI scorecards, performance reviews, forecasting, root-cause analysis, and the regional operating cadence.
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, forecasting tools, and automated workflows for real-time operational visibility.
• Establish regional operating standards, convert market best practices into playbooks and SOPs, and lead corrective action plans.
• Develop workforce planning models and programs that improve driver supply, shift fulfillment, attendance, engagement, and retention.
• Improve fleet availability, utilization, vehicle productivity, safety, compliance, new-market launches, and cross-market operating initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, or a similarly analytical operating environment.
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site, multi-market, or distributed operations at meaningful scale.
• Strong analytical skills, including diagnosing complex problems, identifying root causes, and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience building scalable processes, dashboards, operating mechanisms, or technology-enabled workflows from the ground up.
• Advanced spreadsheet and operational analytics skills; SQL, BI tools, or AI-enabled workflows are strongly preferred.
• BA/BS degree, strong communication skills, high ownership, and willingness to work between strategic planning and frontline execution.
