Fleet Administration Leader (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Lodi, California, United States; approximately 10% travel to the Bay Area.

Salary: $103,000–$141,500 annual compensation, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Manage fleet assets and material handling equipment, including forklifts, trailers, and transportation vehicles.
• Develop fleet policies, procedures, and transportation schedules supporting safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee carrier, vendor, equipment lease, maintenance contract, and service-provider relationships.
• Audit transportation and equipment invoices, forecast expenses, and analyze variances.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of DOT and transportation compliance requirements.
• Data analysis experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience managing equipment leases, maintenance contracts, and service providers.
• Experience with invoice auditing and financial analysis.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 30 lb.
