TL;DR
Logistics Coordinator (Fleet Operations): Planning delivery routes, coordinating drivers, and monitoring warehouse delivery performance with an accent on fleet efficiency, driver support, and operational reporting. Focus on analyzing performance data, reducing logistics costs, coordinating vehicle maintenance and deliveries, and maintaining fleet and warehouse operations.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, New Jersey, United States. Weekend work one day per week may be required.
Salary: $22–$27 per hour base pay, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do
- Identify next-day orders and create delivery route plans using routing software.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to maintain a sufficient pool of delivery drivers.
- Monitor driver performance and provide operational support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse delivery-performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
- Support administrative and contracting tasks, vehicle maintenance, package delivery, fleet cleanliness, and basic warehouse upkeep.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Excel, Google Suite, AI tools, large datasets, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vans and deliver packages as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in extreme weather conditions.
