Procurement Business Expert (SME)

What you will do

• Lead the design of GCC Source-to-Pay procurement processes aligned with global standards, policies, and ERP templates.
• Define future-state operating models and coordinate Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies.
• Facilitate procurement design workshops and embed requirements into cross-functional transformation decisions.
• Review and govern process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI-generated outputs.
• Support transition readiness through controls, hand-offs, training materials, and Day-1 operational capability.
• Establish service performance frameworks covering SLAs, KPIs, risk management, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain transformation, shared services, GBS, or operating model design.
• Expertise in procurement and supply chain processes within GCC or shared-services environments.
• Experience with GBS/SSC implementations and large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, service delivery models, performance frameworks, and knowledge transfer.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and senior-leadership influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications.
• Consulting experience and familiarity with AI-enabled process documentation tools.
• Experience in the life sciences or CDMO industry.
