What you will do

• Manage global, cross-functional procurement projects focused on sustainability, environmental, and material compliance.
• Analyze complex regulations, assess procurement risks, and convert requirements into actionable processes.
• Develop and implement practical compliance solutions across the procurement organization.
• Define milestones, track actions, coordinate updates, and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier outreach and support progress toward global procurement targets.
• Educate employees and suppliers through training, guidance, and clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, environmental and sustainability management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management and compliance, preferably in global manufacturing or procurement.
• Ability to understand complex regulatory texts, identify implications, and develop structured solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with an independent and proactive work style.
• Excellent English communication skills across organizational levels and in cross-cultural environments.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; SAP experience is an advantage.

• German language skills.
