Senior Manager, Supply Network Planning (MedTech)

Location: Zuchwil, Switzerland; full-time, onsite role with up to 10% travel as business demands require.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day supply planning for the DePuy Synthes portfolio across Jabil manufacturing sites.
• Manage demand, supply, executive, and Integrated Business Planning reviews to improve service levels, supply reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize inventory, capacity, allocation, cost, and supply plans across international distribution centers and global platforms.
• Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 managers and analysts, developing capabilities and delivering functional objectives.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, value stream, regional planning, and global planning teams to resolve systemic supply issues.
• Drive planning process and system improvements toward autonomous, no-touch planning supported by analytics and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated sector.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in supply chain planning and people leadership.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, customer-centric planning strategies, and business scenario planning.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, manage ambiguity, build cross-functional relationships, and deliver reliable results.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems such as SAP or JDE, plus experience with advanced planning systems including OMP, Kinaxis, or APO.
• APICS, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience leading operational improvements with process excellence tools.
• Advanced degree in science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
