Procurement Manager

hirify.global Switzerland operates an Operations function supporting product availability and the execution of events and activations.

What you will do

• Build and embed the Procurement function, including local policies, processes, governance, and a long-term roadmap.
• Create transparency across third-party spend and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and value creation.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, from category strategy through contract finalization.
• Negotiate with suppliers and establish performance management frameworks covering value, quality, risk, and sustainability.
• Advise budget owners and department leads while tracking procurement KPIs, savings, and broader business value.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and contribute to cross-regional initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, including strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Experience with categories such as logistics, warehousing, fleet or travel, events, media, marketing, or business services.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including Excel, ERP and BI tools, KPIs, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, contract, integrity, and compliance skills.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, required.
• Availability to support key events when needed; travel expectation is 0–10%.
