What you will do

• Build and embed the Procurement function, including the development of local policies, processes, and governance.
• Define a procurement roadmap and identify opportunities for spend optimization and value creation.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from strategy definition to contract finalization.
• Establish supplier relationships and implement performance management frameworks.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal budget owners and department leads to align sourcing with business needs.
• Track and communicate procurement performance via KPIs and savings reports.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in indirect procurement (logistics, events, media, marketing, or business services).
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP (SAP), and BI tools.
• Experience managing demanding stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or be able to work from Baar, Switzerland.
