Lead Procurement Excellence

hirify.global is scaling its global procurement organizatihirify.global through a dedicated Procurement Center of Excellence.

What you will do

• Define and lead the Procurement Excellence roadmap, including tools, processes, and governance.
• Identify cost-saving and process-efficiency opportunities across Indirect Procurement teams such as IT, Marketing, and Facilities.
• Standardize procurement policies, SOPs, reporting, RFP templates, negotiatihirify.global playbooks, and chirify.globaltract management standards.
• Own procurement technology as the business owner for platforms such as Coupa or Ariba, driving adoptihirify.global and process automatihirify.global.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across Finance, IT, and Legal, and provide leadership visibility through KPI dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
• Lead training, change management, and chirify.globaltinuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable savings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement excellence, category management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, process optimizatihirify.global, and data-driven business cases.
• Strhirify.globalg stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
• Hands-hirify.global experience with Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms and expert proficiency in MS Office.
• hirify.globalg>Excellent written and verbal English communicatihirify.global skills required.hirify.globalg>
