Corporate EHS Manager

Location: hirify.global Parks & Entertainment Corporate, Orlando, Florida, United States. Onsite role requiring work indoors and outdoors, a flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus periodic travel.

What you will do

• Provide leadership and technical expertise for EHS policies, training, audits, and safe environmental practices across all park locations.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, EPC, DEP, DOT, water management, health, and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain companywide EHS policies and procedures.
• Audit written programs, field activities, training, and emergency drills; track and follow up on corrective actions.
• Partner with parks to solve EHS problems and implement regulatory programs and best practices.
• Support safe operations across zoological, entertainment, culinary, operations, and facilities environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, health, or safety-related studies preferred.
• At least five years of related environmental, health, and safety experience, training, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety laws, with the ability to research new requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to present policies and instructional materials to large groups.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and periodic travel.
• Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, overhead work, and occasional lifting, pushing, carrying, and pulling of up to 50 pounds; work may involve heights, heat, cold, dust, and odors.

Nice to have

• Previous theme park EHS experience.
• Experience or training in occupational health, emergency medicine, or environmental science.
