Business Analyst Trainee (iGaming)

Location: Milan headquarters, with 3 days of smart working per week

What you will do

• Analyze affiliate partner performance using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
• Evaluate affiliate profitability based on costs, incentives, and margins.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify anomalies and performance drops.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including defining requirements for customized Qlik dashboards.
• Integrate data from affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases.
• Prepare presentations, slides, and summary reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets and structured information.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the regulated gaming industry.
