Annual base salary starting from €39,000, plus variable remuneration based on applicable policies and performance.

What you will do

• Own the analysis, management, and harmonization of end-to-end SME customer processes across acquisition products, commercial products, services, and digital channels.
• Design frictionless digital onboarding journeys for SME clients, translating functional needs into macro-steps and sub-processes.
• Gather feedback from SME clients and use insights to improve daily banking offerings.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and support operational efficiency.
• Translate SME business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications, assessing impacts on applications and processes.
• Analyze data and build reports to support strategic decisions and department usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial industry and in an international, complex environment.
• Experience with IT projects and cross-functional collaboration across sales, legal, compliance, privacy, credit risk, finance, and operations.
• Experience with content management systems and digital onboarding processes and capabilities.
• Strong analytical and data fluency capabilities, with knowledge of retail and business banking.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
