Growth Strategy Manager (Live Entertainment)

Location: Italy; based in Madrid with a hybrid, home-office-friendly setup.

What you will do

• Improve overall company performance across business units and markets.
• Own growth-team decisions for the assigned business line.
• Define and implement growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Deliver high-impact solutions and projects end to end.
• Collaborate with teams and projects across international markets, covering up to 40 countries.
• Report directly to the global growth directorate.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or business roles.
• Experience building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautical Engineering, or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Data-driven approach to strategic and business decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across disciplines and business cases.
• Fluent Italian and English.
